How this estimate works

The figure on your quote is a firm estimate for the vehicle and condition you described. Josh confirms it on arrival before any work starts. If the vehicle is materially different from what you selected, you get the revised number first and you can walk away at no cost.

Where these numbers come from

Every package and add-on price on this page is Josh's own, from the Riverside price list. Four things are not yet his and need signing off:

The Restoration at $479 — a new tier. Priced $20 below its parts (The Riverside $300 + one-step correction $199) so the bundle is the better buy.
Vehicle size multipliers — ×1.00 / ×1.15 / ×1.30 / ×1.45. Josh already prices correction by size; this extends that to everything else.
Condition surcharges — +0% / +15% / +30%, applied to the package only.
The $150 minimum mobile job — without it an Exterior Wash nets about $50/hour once travel is counted.

Everything else is live: the travel fee is his real policy of $1 a minute past the first 20, GST is 5% on the full subtotal, and the deposit is 15% of the total rather than a flat amount. Ceramic coating shows at his listed $250 for application only — correction is quoted separately, and that price is still disputed against the website.
